目的　分析心脏粘液瘤致栓塞性脑血管病患者的临床特点。方法　详细分析７例以脑血管栓塞为 首发症状的左房粘液瘤患者的临床表现及辅助检查。结果　心脏粘液瘤患者可以脑血管栓塞为首发症状，心脏症 状可有或无，容易漏诊。结论　对于栓塞性脑血管疾病患者应将心脏超声做为常规检查，以尽早发现心脏粘液瘤而 早期治疗。 Objective To analyze the clinical features of patients with cardiac myxoma embolic cerebrovascular disease. Methods The clinical manifestations and auxiliary examinations of 7 cases of left atrial myxoma with cerebrovascular thrombosis as the first symptom were analyzed in detail. Results The patients with cardiac myxoma may have cerebral vascular embolism as the first symptom, and the symptoms of the heart may or may not be easily missed. Conclusions For patients with embolic cerebrovascular disease, cardiac ultrasound should be used as a routine examination to early detect cardiac myxoma and treat it early.
