煤矿井下主排水装置包括水泵、吸水管路及其附件,其作 用是将井下涌水排出。它不仅是保证矿井安全生产的固定设备,而且由于单机连续运行时间长、功率大,又是煤矿耗电设备之一。因此,提高煤矿井下主排水泵系统效率,保持设备经济运行,对节约电能、降低生产成本提高经济效益具有重要意义。 1 延长水泵的高效运转状态 新泵或大修泵投入使用后能维持高效的时间很短。据统计,D型离心式清水泵能维护70%以上效率的时间仅有600h左右。造成其效率很快降低的主要原因是气蚀和磨损,因此可通过加强维修减少泵中各种损失来延长高效运行时间。
