作为浙江省民营经济的主力军,浙商为浙江省经济的发展做出了巨大的贡献,但如今却逐渐受到传统模式的影响和体制的束缚,因此,浙商企业的转型升级引起了众多学者的关注。商业模式的设计与创新是企业提高和改善经营绩效的一个有效途径,也许它们会成为浙商企业转型升级的关键突破口。本文以商业模式及其创新理论为依据,阐明了企业商业模式的构成要素和作用机理,并通过三千禾旗舰店的案例研究,分析其商业模式特征及其成长的过程,为浙商企业的商业模式设计与创新提供依据和参考。
Zhejiang Province, as the mainstay of the private economy in Zhejiang province, made tremendous contribution to the economic development of Zhejiang Province. However, it is gradually influenced by the traditional mode and the system. Therefore, the transformation and upgrading of Zhejiang enterprises have aroused many scholars s concern. The design and innovation of business model is an effective way for enterprises to improve and improve business performance. Perhaps they will become the key breakthrough for the transformation and upgrading of Zhejiang business. Based on the business model and its innovation theory, this paper expounds the elements and mechanism of the business model and analyzes the characteristics of the business model and the process of its growth through the case study of the Sanhe flagship store. Business model design and innovation provide the basis and reference.
