目的揭示甘草自然生长发育过程主要活性成分和内源激素含量的动态变化规律。方法通过测定1年生甘草4月下旬至10月下旬中主要活性成分甘草酸、甘草苷、甘草素、异甘草素和内源激素类成分赤霉素(GA3)、脱落酸(ABA)、茉莉酸(JA)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)、水杨酸(SA)含量,分析动态变化规律。结果主要活性成分甘草酸和甘草素的含量随着生长发育不断上升,甘草苷含量呈现先升高后降低的倒V型变化趋势,而异甘草素含量则与之相反呈现先降低后升高的V型变化趋势,两者均在8月26日出现转折点;激素类成分GA3含量受植物生长发育的时间影响显著,ABA的含量基本呈现平稳的趋势,SA和JA的含量均在8月26日达到最高点。结论甘草主要活性成分随甘草的生长发育不断积累,但含量并非都保持持续增长状态,内源激素类成分含量受时间和环境影响较大,其结果的进一步解析有利于化学调控手段在科研生产上的应用,为提高甘草药材质量提供参考依据。
Objective To reveal the dynamic changes of the main active components and endogenous hormones during the natural growth and development of Glycyrrhiza uralensis. Methods Glycyrrhizin, glycyrrhizin, glycyrrhizin, isoliquiritigenin and endogenous hormones such as gibberellin (GA3), abscisic acid (ABA), jasmonic acid (IAA) and salicylic acid (SA) were determined. The dynamic changes of JA, IAA and SA were analyzed. Results The contents of glycyrrhizin and glycyrrhizin, the major active ingredients, increased with the growth and development, and the content of liquiritin increased first and then decreased, while the content of isoliquiritigenin decreased first and then increased V-type trend, both turning point on August 26; GA3 hormone content of plant growth and development by a significant impact on the time, ABA content showed a steady trend, SA and JA content are in August 26 Reached the highest point. Conclusions The main active components of licorice rooted continuously with the growth and development of licorice, but the contents of licorice root did not keep increasing continuously. The contents of endogenous hormones were greatly affected by the time and the environment. The further analysis of the results would be helpful for the research of chemical regulation in scientific research and production Application, to improve the quality of licorice herbs provide a reference.
