目的:建立了牛肉和猪肉中3种有机磷类农药基质固相分散-高效液相色谱分析方法。方法:样品经基质固相分散装柱,乙腈-水(20:80,v/v)洗脱净化,浓缩后C18分离分析,高效液相色谱紫外检测。结果:检测条件下,3种农药线性良好,线性相关系数大于0.9959,对牛肉和猪肉加标1.0μg/kg、5.0μg/kg和10.0μg/kg三水平,平均回收率在82.2%~100.9%,变异系数小于7.8%,方法的最低检测限0.03~0.08μg/kg。结论:该方法可以满足实际样品的分析和食品安全控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a solid-phase dispersion-high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of three organophosphate pesticides in beef and pork. Methods: The samples were packed with matrix solid phase dispersion and eluted with acetonitrile-water (20:80, v / v). After concentration, the samples were separated by C18 and detected by high performance liquid chromatography with UV detection. Results: Under the test conditions, the three pesticides showed good linearity and the linear correlation coefficient was greater than 0.9959. The average recoveries of spiked beef and pork at three levels of 1.0μg / kg, 5.0μg / kg and 10.0μg / kg were 82.2% -100.9% , The coefficient of variation of less than 7.8%, the minimum detection limit of 0.03 ~ 0.08μg / kg. Conclusion: This method can meet the actual sample analysis and food safety control.
