综述水泥流程工业中的立磨粉磨过程,通过分析立磨流程工艺特点,提出了立磨多回路控制系统设计思路,并采用最小二乘法建立立磨控制回路模型,根据现场操作经验及病态工况特点提取多回路切换控制规则。基于回路数学模型,采用预测控制方法对各回路实现优化控制。该系统在某水泥厂5 000 t/d水泥生料生产线试运行3个月,立磨系统的生产效率和成品合格率均取得显著提高。
This paper summarizes the process of vertical mill grinding in the cement process industry. By analyzing the process characteristics of vertical mill process, the design idea of vertical mill multi-circuit control system is put forward. The vertical mill control circuit model is established by least square method. Feature extraction multi-loop switching control rules. Based on the circuit mathematical model, the optimal control of each loop is realized by the predictive control method. The system in a cement plant 5 000 t / d cement raw meal production line trial run 3 months, vertical mill system production efficiency and finished product yield have been significantly improved.
