树突状细胞(DCs)不仅是免疫应答的启动者,而且是免疫应答的调节者。不成熟树突状细胞(iDCs)因其低表达主要组织相容性复合体和共刺激分子而在诱导和维持机体免疫耐受中发挥了关键作用。在器官移植前将供体来源的或负载供体抗原的受体iDC输入受体体内可以诱导抗原特异性的移植免疫耐受。然而,有关iDC诱导移植免疫耐受的结果并不一致,甚至出现相反的报道,而其中的原因目前尚无定论。本文对iDC诱导移植免疫耐受研究的热点、难点以及存在的分歧进行综述。
Dendritic cells (DCs) are not only promoters of the immune response, but also regulators of the immune response. Immature dendritic cells (iDCs) play key roles in the induction and maintenance of immune tolerance by their low expression of major histocompatibility complex and costimulatory molecules. Transplantation of donor-derived or donor-loaded iDCs into recipients prior to organ transplantation induces antigen-specific graft immune tolerance. However, the results of iDC-induced transplantation tolerance are not consistent or even reversed, and the reason for this is not yet known. This review summarizes the hot spots, difficulties and existing differences in the study of iDCs induced immune tolerance.
