本文介绍了一套基于Siemens S7-200、S7-300和Simatic WinCC的城市供水控制系统的设计。该系统以水厂蓄水池水位及供水的出水口压力为控制对象,对远程水源地各水井泵的引水及变频泵的对外供水进行总体协调控制,使其合理、节能、高效地运行。该系统的应用大大提高了远程输水的自动化程度,保证了供水的质量。
This article presents a design of a city water supply control system based on Siemens S7-200, S7-300 and Simatic WinCC. The system takes the water level of the water reservoir and the water outlet of the water supply as the control object, and carries out overall coordinated control on the external water supply of the diversion pumps and variable frequency pumps in the remote water sources to make them reasonably, energy-saving and efficient operation. The application of the system greatly improves the automation of remote water delivery and ensures the quality of water supply.
