对某广播电台中波辐射电场强度559个测试数据和33对对比人群调查结果的分析表明,其主要场源为发射天线、发射机(广播机、实验机)、馈线和各设备周围的金属物(二次场源)。场源辐射和泄漏程度与各设备型号、功率、新旧程度及机房结构、安装技术、管理条件等有关。电台工作区、生活区和台周围环境都受到不同程度电磁污染。污染强度呈明显距离衰减。值机人员工作区电场强度为3.1~71.3V/m(TWA:广播机值机员22.7V/m,实验机值机员29.9V/m);电台生活区电场强度为1~34V/m;距发射天线150~450m范围居民区室外电场强度则为12~15V/m。健康检查和神经心理学测验结果表明,与非暴露人群相比较,电台值机和维修人员等的瞬时记忆和编码试验结果明显为差,72.7%的有神经衰弱症候群表现。据估计,长期低强度电磁辐射的慢性功能性累积作用,对周围居民健康也会有所影响。笔者等认为,应把治理电磁污染列为劳动卫生和环境保护的重要内容。

The results of the health examination and the neuropsychological test showed that compared with non-exposed people, the instantaneous memory and encoding test results of the radio operator and maintenance personnel were significantly worse, and 72.7% of the patients had neurasthenia syndrome. It is estimated that the chronic functional cumulative effects of long-term low-intensity electromagnetic radiation will also have an impact on the health of the surrounding residents. The author believes that the governance of electromagnetic pollution should be listed as an important part of labor and health and environmental protection.
