近年证实,红霉素及其某些衍生物均为胃动素促效剂,能显著促进糖尿病性胃轻瘫病人的胃排空,倘若这种胃动力学作用由胃动素受体介导,则必能以胃动素复制。作者研究了较大剂量(相当于200mg红霉素引起的体外胃排空作用)胃动素对糖尿病性胃轻瘫病人胃排空的作用。材料和方法:受试者为6例经闪烁扫描检查证实伴严重胃轻瘫的胰岛素依赖性糖尿病患者。采用随机双盲交叉法。夜间禁食至少8小时,静滴合成的正亮氢酸~(13)猪胃动素类似物10 pmol/kg·min或生理盐水(对照试验)90分钟,两实验间隔3天。实验开始后5分钟进食含~(99m)Tc和~(111)In的标准餐。实验中每10分钟取血标本一次,测定胃动素和胰多肽(PP)。胃排空功能以闪烁扫描法测定。结果:胃动素实验的固体食物半排空时间由111±4min缩短至51±12min(P<0.01),液体半排空时间
