采用大管状煤尘爆炸装置对挥发分已知的煤样进行煤尘爆炸性实验,研究结果表明:无爆炸性煤尘其挥发分<16%,<16%的煤尘超过1/3具有爆炸性。强爆炸性煤尘中,高以及特高挥发分煤尘占近90%,超过99%的中高挥发性煤尘具有爆炸性。发现了挥发分与火焰长度近似呈指数函数关系,火焰长度与抑制煤尘爆炸最低岩粉量近似呈对数函数关系。研究结果有助于理解煤尘爆炸性与挥发分的关系,为防尘抑爆提供基础数据。
The coal-dust explosion experiment was conducted on a coal sample with known volatile matter by using a large tubular coal-dust explosion device. The results show that the coal dust with less than 16% and <16% of the volatile dust without explosive coal dust is explosive. In the highly explosive coal dust, high and ultra-high volatile coal dust accounts for nearly 90%, more than 99% of the high-volatile coal dust is explosive. It was found that the volatilization and the length of the flame were approximately exponential, and the length of the flame was approximately logarithmically related to the minimum amount of rock dust contained in the coal dust explosion. The results will help to understand the relationship between explosive and volatile dust, provide the basic data for dust suppression and explosion suppression.
