最近,看了一篇文章颇受启发。文章的大意是,人情味浓的地方,人们的规则意识、法制意识就差;而在规则意识强、法制观念强的地方,人情味就变淡了。对于这样的结论,我起初稍感意外,但仔细想想,又觉颇有道理。在我们的身边,重情义、轻规则的事儿可谓屡见不鲜。有熟人好办事就是一个很好的例子。医院看病,有熟人可以随时插队;违反规章,有熟人说和,处罚可以从轻处理。如此种种,见惯不怪。在这种情形下,人情味是越来越浓了,但秩序已无从谈起。在我们企业管理中,一种制度或规则的建立,是基于科学的思考和现实的需要。有规则固然重要,但更重
Recently, I read an article quite inspired. The main idea of the article is that where human touch is strong, people’s awareness of the rules and the awareness of the rule of law are poor. Whereas, with a strong sense of the rules and a strong sense of the legal system, human feelings are weakened. At first I was surprised at this conclusion, but I think it quite reasonable.
