文章对火焰光度计光谱法测定水样中氧化钠和氧化钾含量进行分析,找出测量过程中不确定度来源,并量化了不确定度分量,计算检测结果的合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度,给出了测定氧化钠含量结果的表示式为(188.00±1.26)μg/mL,k=2,测定氧化钾含量结果的表示式为(6.00±0.11)μg/mL,k=2。
In this paper, the content of sodium oxide and potassium oxide in water sample by flame photometer spectrometry is analyzed to find out the sources of uncertainty in the measurement process, and to quantify the components of uncertainty, to calculate the standard uncertainty and expansion of the test results (188.00 ± 1.26) μg / mL, k = 2, and the result of determination of potassium oxide is (6.00 ± 0.11) μg / mL, k = 2.
