安全管理是保证学生在校人身安全、促进各项教学活动有序开展的前提保障,但是过度的安全管理会限制学生的自主发展,不同程度的弱化学生的主观意识、身体素质以及适应能力。目前职业技术学校普遍存在安全管理过度的现象,本文将对安全管理过度的现象及危害进行分析,并探讨学校安全管理的适度原则。 Safety management is the precondition to ensure the safety of students in school and to promote the orderly development of various teaching activities. However, excessive safety management will limit students ’autonomous development and weaken students’ subjective consciousness, physical fitness and adaptability to varying degrees. At present, there are common safety management in vocational and technical schools. This article will analyze the phenomena and harms of safety management and probe the appropriate principles of school safety management.
