目的比较荧光定量RT-PCR和常规的RT-PCR方法检测甲型H1N1流感病毒。方法同时采用荧光定量RTPCR和常规的RT-PCR方法针对天津市东丽区所属医院2014-2015年收集的流感样症状患者的鼻咽拭子样本进行检测。结果研究期间该区所属医院共收集263例收集的流感样症状患者的鼻咽拭子样本。采用荧光定量RT-PCR方法在其中26例标本中发现H1N1流感病毒RNA;采用常规的RT-PCR方法在其中25例标本中发现H1N1流感病毒RNA。两种检测结果的一致率为96.15%。结论常规RT-PCR和荧光定量RT-PCR在检测甲型H1N1流感病毒中一致率很高。
Objective To compare the fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR and routine RT-PCR to detect influenza A (H1N1) virus. Methods Nasopharyngeal swab samples from patients with flu-like symptoms collected in 2014-2015 hospital of Dongli District of Tianjin were detected by quantitative RTPCR and conventional RT-PCR. Results A total of 263 nasopharyngeal swab samples collected from patients with influenza-like symptoms were collected from the hospitals in the district during the study period. H1N1 influenza virus RNA was detected in 26 samples of them by fluorescent quantitative RT-PCR. H1N1 influenza virus RNA was found in 25 samples of the virus by conventional RT-PCR. The agreement between the two tests was 96.15%. Conclusion Conventional RT-PCR and fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR are highly consistent in detecting influenza A (H1N1) virus.
