“偏缸”是指大修发动机时,活塞连杆组安装入气缸后,活塞在气缸内向一侧偏斜,即活塞中心线与气缸中心线不重合。活塞连杆组在装配中,如各零件形位公差不符合技术要求,将使活塞在气缸中产生偏斜。根据实际使用情况及计算,当活塞在气缸中偏斜量在100mm长度上为30μm时,活塞压缸壁的力可达147N,而发动机装配后转动曲轴时,所需的力矩将成倍增加,达到196-245N·m;若偏斜量在200mm长度上为0.17-0.18mm时,则气缸的磨损量将增加30%-40%。“偏缸”的结果将导致气缸密封不良,功率下降,油耗增加,活塞、活塞环及气缸等相关零件磨损加剧,缩短发动机的使用寿命,严重时还会发生“咬缸”事故。
