据有关部门统计,如今超八成的企业都存在加班现象。特别是一些劳动密集型企业,加班情况更是屡见不鲜。根据劳动法和国家的有关规定,用人单位在延长劳动者工作时间的情况下应当支付高于劳动者正常工作时间工资的工资报酬,即加班费。虽然关于加班费有明确的规定,可是由于劳动者工时、性质之不同,目前还存在着不少认识上的误区,值得职场新人们关注与防范。
Statistics from related departments show that over 80% of enterprises now have overtime work. In particular, some labor-intensive enterprises, overtime situation is more common. According to the Labor Law and the relevant provisions of the state, the employer shall, in the event of prolonging the working hours of workers, pay salaries higher than the wages of workers during normal working hours, that is, overtime pay. Although there are clear rules on overtime pay, due to the different man-hours and nature of workers, there are still many misunderstandings in the workplace and it is worth paying attention to and guarding against new people in the workplace.
