我省自1980年学习推广重庆市输精管注射绝育法的基础上结合我省具体情况和条件,按照安全、方便、经济、有效的原则,对输精管注射绝育法的器械和操作作了改进,先在建水、曲江搞试点,给28人作了输精管注射绝育术。术后2月,对受术者作了精液检查,无精子发现,受术者反映良好。随即开办省的“输精管注射绝育学习班”,正式推广此绝育方法。至今一年多来,在昆明、红河、玉溪、昭通、保山、曲靖等地州做了一万余例,对部份受术者进行了随访,绝育效果肯定,后遗症、并发症与输精管结扎相比大大减少。此种男
