分流桥宽度对挤压成形的影响及模具应力分析

针对铝型材分流组合模中分流桥的宽度对挤压成形的影响,采用Deform-3D有限元软件对15,20,25 mm这3种不同分流桥宽度下的3003铝合金圆管挤压过程进行数值模拟,得到了挤压力、应力等物理场量的变化规律。模拟结果表明,分流桥宽度为25 mm时,应力分布最均匀,流速均衡性最好;20 mm时,模具的应力集中分布区域最小。模拟结果为模具结构的合理设计提供理论指导。 Aiming at the effect of width of shunt bridge on extrusion forming in aluminum split shunt mold, the Deform-3D finite element software was used to simulate the extrusion process of 3003 aluminum alloy tube with 15,20,25 mm widths By numerical simulation, the changing laws of the physical quantities such as compressive stress and stress were obtained. The simulation results show that when the width of shunt bridge is 25 mm, the stress distribution is the most uniform and the flow velocity is the best. At 20 mm, the stress concentration distribution area is the smallest. The simulation results provide the theoretical guidance for the reasonable design of the mold structure.
