介绍了差速双螺杆挤出机的特点,应用Polyflow软件对差速双螺杆挤出机端面进行了二维流场及混合模拟。并且将差速比4∶1、5∶1以及异向同速双螺杆的端面流场及混合效果进行了对比分析。模拟结果显示:差速双螺杆的切面混合效果好于同速双螺杆,且随差速比增大而略有改善;而差速比4∶1的剪切速率和拉伸速率大于5∶1的。由此可见,设计挤出机时要综合考虑混合和塑化两方面效果选择差速比。
The characteristics of the differential twin screw extruder are introduced. Polyflow software is used to simulate the two - dimensional flow field and the mixing of the differential twin screw extruder. And the differential ratio of 4: 1, 5: 1 and the same direction of the same speed twin-screw face flow field and the mixing effect were analyzed. The simulation results show that the mixing effect of the differential twin screw is better than that of the twin screw at the same speed and slightly improves with the differential speed ratio increasing; while the shear rate and the stretching rate of the differential 4: 1 ratio are greater than 5: 1 of. Thus, the design of the extruder should take into account the effects of both mixing and plasticizing differential selection ratio.
