文章运用非均衡理论研究中国房地产市场非均衡运行问题,分析了中国房地产市场非均衡的现状及原因,提出了在非均衡条件下房地产市场宏观调控的目标和措施。
This paper studies the non-equilibrium operation of China’s real estate market by using the theory of non-equilibrium, analyzes the status quo and causes of the unbalanced real estate market in China, and proposes the objectives and measures of the macro-control of the real estate market under the condition of non-equilibrium.
