某钛合金锻件在理化检查时发现了线状缺陷。采用显微组织检查、力学性能测试、化学成分分析、SEM等方法对锻件缺陷产生的原因进行了分析。结果表明:锻件内部存在化学成分微区不均匀现象,缺陷主要是锻造工艺不恰当引起的。
A titanium alloy forgings in the physical and chemical examination found linear defects. The causes of forgings’ defects were analyzed by means of microstructure inspection, mechanical property test, chemical composition analysis and SEM. The results show that there are uneven microscopic chemical composition in the forgings, the defects are mainly caused by the improper forging process.
