香港回归祖国的过渡时期,仅剩不到三年的时间了。在这个历史性的时期里,香港财政金融形势和政策取向对香港能否实现平稳过渡,以及“九七”后香港经济的发展有着重要影响。因此,我们有必要分析香港财政金融形势和港府政策取向,以确定中国监控港府财政、金融的正确方针,为特区政府顺利接管香港和香港“九七”后实现经济平稳健康发展提供切实的保证。
Hong Kong’s return to the motherland’s transition period, less than three years left. In this historic period, Hong Kong’s financial situation and policy orientation have a significant impact on the smooth transition of Hong Kong and the economic development of Hong Kong after 1997.
