分析了某机床主导轨的结构及工艺特点,建立导轨的三维实体模型,对导轨的浇冒口系统进行设计;运用Anycasting对普通消失模铸造和砂型铸造工艺方案进行凝固过程模拟分析,并对两者进行对比,结果表明,普通消失模铸造的铸件出品率优于砂型铸造,且出现缺陷的概率小。
The structure and process characteristics of the main guide rail of a machine tool are analyzed. The three-dimensional solid model of the guide rail is established to design the runner and riser system of the guide rail. Anycasting is used to simulate the solidification process of common lost foam casting and sand casting process, The results show that ordinary lost foam casting castings produced better than sand casting, and the probability of defects is small.
