自70年代以来,光化学荧光分析法(PCF)得到日益广泛的应用.PCF与HPLC或TLC联用具有独特的优点,尤其是在药物及复杂生物样品的分析方面显示出广阔的前景.但迄今为止,PCF的实施大多需要一个复杂的光化学反应装置.本文设计出一种简单易行的现场PCF技术,用同一光源的不同波长的光分别作光化学反应的光源和荧光测定的激发光,光照一定时间后,在产物的最大激发和发射波长处测量荧光强度,使光化学荧光分析能够在商品化的荧光分光光度计上进行.现已将此技术应用于维生素K_3的分析,获得满意的结果.
