Our factory is a medium-sized enterprise with 50,000 spindles and 894 tablecloth machines, with 3913 employees. In 1989, our factory endeavored to implement the policy of “safety first and prevention first” and actively carried out activities of creating “four noes” (no work, no serious injury, no fire and no major equipment accidents) and achieved good results. In 1989, our factory further adjusted and enriched the production safety management institutions and personnel on the basis of the original ones. After the adjustment and enrichment, the whole plant totally has 4 full-time managers and 237 part-time safety managers. All production teams are equipped with part-time safety personnel.
