采用 Y 迷宫回避反射法分别观察了肾气丸对氢化考的松(简称氢考)造成的阳虚小鼠致老龄大鼠学习记忆能力的影响。实验结果表明肾气丸能显著提高阳虚小鼠和老龄大鼠的学习记忆能力。同时测定了小鼠脑组织线粒体的脂质过氧化物水平,结果显示,肾气丸能显著降低小鼠脑组织脂质过氧化的水平。 The Y-maze avoidance reflex method was used to observe the effect of Shenqi Pill on the learning and memory ability of aged mice induced by yangke deficiency caused by hydrocortisone. The experimental results show that Shenqi Pill can significantly improve the learning and memory ability of Yang deficiency mice and old rats. At the same time, the level of lipid peroxidation in mouse brain mitochondria was measured. The results showed that Shenqi Pill can significantly reduce the level of lipid peroxidation in mouse brain tissue.
