目的研究某以荧光强度原理的微生物监测仪在医疗机构室内空气微生物监测中的使用价值,为寻求室内空气微生物实时监测方法提供参考。方法采用某微生物监测仪与传统撞击式空气微生物采样器的采样检测结果比较方法,对该微生物监测仪实时监测室内空气微生物污染应用价值进行评估。结果用该微生物监测仪与撞击式空气微生物采样器同时对普通病房和门诊大厅内空气进行监测,前者仪器记录的荧光强度与后者采集的浮游菌数具有显著统计学意义,两者呈高度正线性相关。而对手术室空气监测结果显示荧光强度与浮游菌数无统计学意义,无明确相关性。结论本研究微生物监测仪可用于医疗环境静态空气和动态空气的微生物污染状况实时监测,但其与传统撞击式空气微生物采样器检测结果相关性受空气微生物污染量的影响。
Objective To study the use value of a microbial monitor with fluorescence intensity principle in the monitoring of indoor air microorganisms in medical institutions and provide a reference for the real-time monitoring of indoor air microorganisms. Methods The method of sampling comparison between a microbial monitor and a traditional percussive air sampler was used to evaluate the real-time monitoring of microbial contamination of indoor air by the micro-organism monitor. Results The microbiological monitor and the percussive airborne microbiological sampler were used to monitor the air in common ward and outpatient hall simultaneously. The fluorescence intensity recorded by the former instrument and the latter were significant statistically significant, both of which were highly positive Linear correlation. The operating room air monitoring results showed no significant difference between the fluorescence intensity and the number of planktonic bacteria, no clear correlation. Conclusion The microbiological monitor can be used for real-time monitoring of microbial contamination of static air and dynamic air in the medical environment. However, its correlation with the results of traditional percussive air samplers is affected by airborne microbial contamination.
