目的对浙江七叶树Aesculus chinensis var.chekiangensis种子的70%乙醇提取物进行化学成分研究。方法采用D101大孔吸附树脂柱色谱、正相硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、反相高效液相色谱等方法对浙江七叶树种子的化学成分进行分离纯化,并根据理化性质和波谱数据等鉴定其结构。结果从浙江七叶树种子中共分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为2R,3R-3,7,3′-三羟基-5′-甲氧基二氢黄烷-5-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(1)、槲皮素-4′-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)、槲皮素-3′-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、槲皮素-3-O-[β-D-木糖基(1-2)]-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4)、槲皮素-3-O-[β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(1-4)]-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(5)、山柰酚-3-O-[β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(1-4)]-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(6)、山柰酚-3-O-[β-D-木糖基(1-2)]-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7)、山柰酚-3-O-[β-D-木糖基(1-2)][β-D-葡萄糖基(1-3)]-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8)、(-)-表儿茶素(9)、槲皮素(10)。结论化合物1、2为首次从七叶树属植物中分离得到,化合物3~9为首次从浙江七叶树种子中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of 70% ethanol extract of Aesculus chinensis var. Chekiangensis seeds from Zhejiang Aesculus. Methods The chemical constituents of Aesculus chinensis seeds were isolated and purified by D101 macroporous resin column chromatography, normal phase silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. The physicochemical properties and spectra Data, etc. to identify its structure. Results A total of 10 compounds were isolated from Aesculus chinensis seeds and identified as 2R, 3R-3,7,3’-trihydroxy-5’-methoxydialkan-5-O-β- Glucoside (1), quercetin -4’-O-β-D-glucoside (2), quercetin -3’-O-β-D-glucoside (3), quercetin- O-β-D-xylosyl (1-2)] - β-D-glucoside (4), quercetin- α-L-rhamnopyranoside (5), kaempferol-3-O- [β-D-glucopyranosyl] 3-O- [β-D-xylosyl (1-2)] - β-D-glucoside (7) -2)] [β-D-glucosyl (1-3)] - β-D-glucoside (8), (-) - epicatechin (9) and quercetin (10). Conclusion Compounds 1 and 2 were isolated from Aescuacum for the first time. Compounds 3 to 9 were isolated from the seeds of Aescin from Zhejiang for the first time.
