目的研究高温高湿环境下犬颅脑火器伤凝血功能的变化。方法选用杂种狗6只,采取高温高湿环境下手枪弹致颅脑火器伤模型,检测伤前伤后2h的凝血功能。结果伤后血液中部分活化凝血酶原激酶(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(Fib)、纤维蛋白降解产物(FDP)、D-二聚体、凝血酶时间(TT)升高(P<0.01),血小板(PLT)降低(P<0.01),凝血酶原时间(PT)、钙离子(Ca2+)血液浓度无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论高温高湿环境下犬颅脑火器伤可以引起内源性凝血功能降低,血小板减少,容易发生出血以及其它一系列变化。
Objective To study the changes of blood coagulation in craniocerebral gunshot wounds under high temperature and high humidity. Methods Six hybrid dogs were selected. The model of craniocerebral gunshot wound caused by the handgun in high temperature and humidity environment was used to detect the coagulation function at 2h after injury. Results APTT, fibrinogen (Fib), fibrin degradation product (FDP), D-dimer and thrombin time (TT) were increased in the injured group (P <0.01) Platelet (PLT) decreased (P <0.01), prothrombin time (PT), calcium (Ca2 +) blood concentration had no significant change (P> 0.05). Conclusion The craniocerebral gunshot wound in high temperature and high humidity can cause the reduction of endogenous coagulation, thrombocytopenia, bleeding and other changes.
