电力工业污染物的排放直接影响着当地的环境状况。不同地区的电能输送可以改变各地区原有的电力供应结构和能源消费结构,进而改变其各自的环境状况。分析了不同地区间电力互联对当地环境的影响,运用DEA方法和灰色关联度方法建立了环境效应评价模型。运用该模型可以确定区域间的电力输送对各地区环境的影响及其关键影响因素。结合我国电力市场的实际对该模型进行验证,计算结果表明了模型的有效性和实用性。
Emissions from power industry pollutants directly affect the local environmental conditions. Electricity transmission in different regions can change the original structure of electricity supply and energy consumption in all regions, thereby changing their respective environmental conditions. The impact of power interconnection on the local environment was analyzed. The environmental effect evaluation model was established by using DEA method and gray relational degree method. The model can be used to determine the impact of inter-regional power transmission on the regional environment and its key influencing factors. The model is verified with the actual electricity market in our country. The calculation results show the validity and practicability of the model.
