Liver cancer as a sign of liver transplantation is still controversial. Early European and American countries have been keen on liver cancer liver transplantation, post-liver cancer liver transplantation found a high recurrence rate, and thus gradually explore and set the Milan standard: a single tumor diameter less than 5cm, multiple tumors no more than 3, and the largest diameter less than 3cm. According to this standard selection of liver cancer cases, postoperative long-term survival and benign liver transplantation is similar.
