[目的]测定牛蒡纯化多糖的DPPH·自由基清除率。[方法]应用电子顺磁共振(ESR)方法测定牛蒡纯化多糖对DPPH·自由基的清除效果。[结果]当牛蒡纯化多糖与DPPH·自由基的质量比达到10.0时,5 min后就检测不出DPPH·自由基;牛蒡多糖与DPPH.自由基质量比为4.67时,可以清除50%的DPPH·自由基。[结论]牛蒡纯化多糖对DPPH·自由基具有一定的清除作用。
[Objective] To determine the DPPH · free radical scavenging rate of burdock polysaccharide. [Method] The scavenging effect of burdock polysaccharide on DPPH · free radical was determined by electronic paramagnetic resonance (ESR) method. [Result] When the mass ratio of burdock purified polysaccharide to DPPH · free radical reached 10.0, no DPPH · free radical could be detected after 5 min. When the mass ratio of burdock polysaccharide to DPPH · radical was 4.67, 50% of DPPH Free radicals. [Conclusion] Burdock purified polysaccharide has certain scavenging effect on DPPH · free radical.
