近十年来钻探技术比过去有了显著进步,高速钻进工艺对钻杆性能要求越来越高。但以往对钻杆的改进只限于从改善材质,改变钻杆直径及壁厚以及用焊接接头(等离子焊和摩擦焊等焊接方法)一系列技术措施来提高其抗拉强度和屈服点。至今世界各国未见用冷拔塑性加工方法来改善其关键部分(螺纹连接部分)的屈服点及抗拉强度。
Drilling technology over the past decade has made significant progress than in the past, high-speed drilling process on the drill pipe performance requirements are getting higher and higher. In the past, however, improvements to drill stems were limited to improving their tensile strength and yield point by a series of technical measures to improve the material, change the diameter and wall thickness of the drill stem, and use welded joints (welding methods such as plasma welding and friction welding). To date, no cold drawing plastic working method has been found in all countries in the world to improve the yield point and the tensile strength of the key part (the screw thread connection part).
