目的研究二氧化氯对HBsAg、HBeAg灭活作用。方法采用中和剂分组试验,用SPRLA法检测HBsAg、HBeAg活性,PCR法测HBV-DNA。结果1000mg/L的二氧化氯溶液作用5min和500mg/L作用10min均可破坏血清中的HBsAg;500mg/L的二氧化氯溶液作用5min即可全部破坏HBeAg。结论稳定性二氧化氯溶液的浓度和作用时间对HBsAg、HBeAg的灭活密切相关。适当的浓度和作用时间HBV-DNA可完全被破坏。
Objective To study the inactivation of HBsAg and HBeAg by chlorine dioxide. Methods Neutralizing agent grouping test, SPRLA method to detect HBsAg and HBeAg activity, PCR method to measure HBV-DNA. Results The effects of 1000mg / L chlorine dioxide solution for 5min and 500mg / L for 10min both could destroy the HBsAg in serum. The effect of 500mg / L chlorine dioxide solution for 5min could destroy HBeAg completely. Conclusion The concentration of chlorine dioxide solution and the duration of action are closely related to the inactivation of HBsAg and HBeAg. The appropriate concentration and duration of HBV-DNA can be completely destroyed.
