跨文化冲突主流理论是从管理研究的角度以文化价值观和高低情景文化为分析路径来研究的,但往往忽视通过社会心理学等角度来审视跨文化冲突的内在心理因素。本文通过对宁波市300个外籍人士的问卷调查,获取了有关跨文化冲突的实证数据,从而运用社会心理学的基本原理对导致这些现象的社会心理过程和生成机理进行分析,可以更好地理解跨文化冲突,并为跨文化冲突的调节和解决奠定学理基础。
The mainstream theory of intercultural conflict is studied from the perspective of management studies based on cultural values and contextual cultures. However, the internal psychological factors of intercultural conflicts are often overlooked from the perspective of social psychology. Through a questionnaire survey of 300 foreigners in Ningbo City, this paper obtains empirical data on cross-cultural conflicts so as to better understand the psychosocial processes and mechanisms that lead to these phenomena by applying the basic principles of social psychology Cross-cultural conflict, and lay the foundation of science for the regulation and solution of cross-cultural conflicts.
