采用UV和NTG复合诱变的方法对原始生防枯草芽孢杆菌Bs-a进行了诱变选育;同时结合抗逆能力和室内外抑菌活性测定,以期筛选出抑菌活性和抗逆性均较强的优良灰霉菌生防菌株。结果表明:通过UV和NTG复合诱变的方法获得了枯草芽孢杆菌Bs-a的突变菌株D17和W03,2种菌株具有传代稳定、高毒力、强抗逆的特点,其抗紫外线能力极强,经过2.0h的紫外照射活菌浓度仍可达108 cfu/mL以上;可耐受的温度和pH值范围分别为0~60℃、pH 3~9,温室内对一品红灰霉病的相对防效可达85%以上,与出发菌Bs-a之间存在极显著差异,是2株具备产业化开发价值的灰霉病生防菌株。
