11月17日,省国土资源厅组织召开省道312线玛多至曲麻莱县色吾沟段公路改建工程建设用地报批暨征地前期工作安排部署会。会议认为该工程地处青南地区,地理环境复杂、生态环境脆弱,要求相关部门、地区政府切实担起主体责任,要严格按照“加强生态保护、发展生态经济,实现生态与经济共赢”的要求,扎实推进工程建设征地各项工作。该工程线路总长359公里,投资42.38亿元,拟用地6453.53亩,涉及果洛州玛多县扎陵湖乡、玛查里镇,玉树州曲麻莱
