利用沙培法,研究了耐冷性不同的东乡野生稻和水稻品种幼苗在不同低温胁迫下根系活力、CAT活性、POD活性及MDA含量等根系生理活性的变化规律。结果表明:不同耐冷性水稻品种在3叶1心期经过3d的不同低温胁迫后,其根系生理活性发生了显著变化。强耐冷东乡野生稻和东野1号的根系活力、CAT活性和POD活性都随着低温胁迫的加剧而呈现先降后升再降的趋势;冷敏感的2个籼稻品种的根系活力和CAT活性则一直呈下降趋势,POD活性却先升后降;4个水稻品种的MDA含量都随着低温胁迫的加剧而加幅上升,但2个冷敏感品种的增幅更大。另外,常温或轻微低温胁迫下,冷敏感品种的CAT活性和POD活性不一定比强耐冷品种低。因此,认为低温胁迫下根系活力和根系MDA含量的相对大小可作为耐冷性生理鉴定指标。
Using sand culture method, the changes of root activity, CAT activity, POD activity and MDA content in Dongxiang wild rice and rice cultivars with different cold tolerance were studied under different low temperature stress. The results showed that the root physiological activities of different cold-tolerant rice cultivars changed significantly under different cold stress for 3 days and 1 day. The vigor of roots, CAT activity and POD activity of Qiongdong Wild Rice and Dongye No. 1 showed the trend of first decreasing and then decreasing again with the increase of low temperature stress. The root activity and CAT activity of two cold sensitive indica rice varieties The activity of POD increased first and then decreased. The MDA content of four rice varieties increased with the increase of low temperature stress, but the increase of two cold sensitive varieties increased. In addition, CAT activity and POD activity of cold-sensitive cultivars were not necessarily lower than that of strong cold-tolerant cultivars at room temperature or slightly cold stress. Therefore, it is considered that the relative size of root activity and root MDA content under low temperature stress can be used as physiological indicators of cold tolerance.
