1.基本要领(1)彻底检查待焊区域及裂纹的起点和终点。并要在裂纹起点和终点延长线的2~3mm处各钻直径4~6mm的止裂孔,对于长裂纹,还应在裂纹段中间不同部位钻孔以减小焊接应力。(2)综合考虑应力、变形、操作难易程度及焊件厚度、焊接位置和焊条直径等情况,制备相应的坡口。在此过程中,一要彻底铲除裂纹附近的金属并清除坡口及其边缘的毛刺、杂质和氧化皮等,保证露
