目的 :制备来氟米特脂质体。方法 :采用旋转薄膜 -超声法制备来氟米特脂质体 ,以高效液相色谱法测定来氟米特的含量 ,用均匀设计法优化来氟米特脂质体的处方和制备工艺。结果 :来氟米特脂质体的质量比为胆固醇、抗氧剂及药物与磷脂的比依次为 10∶ 10 0、1∶ 10 0、5∶ 10 0。结论 :来氟米特脂质体呈均一单型 ,有效粒径 10 6nm ,包封率 6 9.2 0 %
Purpose: To prepare leflunomide liposomes. Methods: Leflunomide liposomes were prepared by rotary thin film - ultrasonic method. The content of leflunomide was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The formulation and preparation of leflunomide liposomes were optimized by uniform design. Results: The mass ratio of leflunomide liposomes was cholesterol, the ratio of antioxidants and drugs to phospholipids was 10:10, 1:10, 5:10. Conclusion: The leflunomide liposomes showed homogeneous single type, the effective particle size was 10 6nm, the entrapment efficiency was 6 9.2%
