新医改背景下,公立医院运营管理较以往发生了一定程度改变,成本管理的作用愈来愈突出,也愈来愈受到重视。通过有效的成本控制,有利于实现公立医院内部资源合理分配,进而增强公立医院在医疗市场当中的竞争力。基于此,本文对公立医院成本控制优化进行了分析,并提出了相关建议,以供参考。 Under the background of new medical reform, the operation and management of public hospitals have changed to some extent from the past, and the role of cost management has become more and more prominent, and more and more attention has been paid to it. Through effective cost control, it is conducive to the rational distribution of resources within the public hospitals and further enhance the competitiveness of public hospitals in the medical market. Based on this, this paper analyzes the optimization of public hospital cost control, and puts forward some suggestions for reference.
