目的:探讨固体发酵技术对中药成分提取的影响。方法:以当归苦参丸为例,对该方药作固体发酵前后2种水提取液的阿魏酸、苦参碱、苦参总碱、干浸膏4个指标成分的综合比较。结果:综合评价Y值的顺序为Y发酵>Y未发酵。结论:当归苦参丸方药经固体发酵后有利于药物成分的提取。
Objective: To investigate the effect of solid fermentation technology on the extraction of Chinese herbal medicines. Method: Taking the Radix Angelica Sinensis as an example, we compared the four index components of ferulic acid, matrine, matrine and marsh extract of two kinds of aqueous extracts before and after solid fermentation. Results: The order of comprehensive evaluation of Y value was Y fermentation> Y unfermented. Conclusion: Angelica Kushen pill prescription after solid fermentation is conducive to the extraction of drug ingredients.
