1995年8月6日至12日国际林联在芬兰坦佩雷市召开了第20届大会。国际林联的第6学部收到特约论文165篇,林业经济专题有6个:发展中国家的林业经济;森林灾害的经济评价;生态经济;社会核算;多功能森林的经济评价;森林部门分析。每个专题组又区分许多小题目讨论。在会上各国学者既讨论共性问题,又针对各国自己的问题提出见解,各抒已见,不做结论。作者参加了几个讨论会,现选以下4个题目作一介绍。
August 6-12, 1995 Fulin held the 20th General Assembly in Tampere, Finland. Section 6 of the International Federation of Forestry receive special papers 165 articles, six forestry economy topics: forestry economy in developing countries; economic evaluation of forest disasters; ecological economy; social accounting; economic evaluation of multi-functional forest; forest sector analysis . Each group also distinguishes many small topics. At the meeting, scholars from all countries not only discussed common issues but also made their own opinions on issues of their own. They expressed their views and did not conclude. The author participated in several seminars and is now presenting an introduction to the following four topics.
