在事业单位内部开展会计核算工作,可以有效的规范约束事业单位的财务会计管理工作,对于提高事业单位资金利用效率,促进事业单位财务管理水平提高也具有重要的作用。本文首先分析对事业单位会计核算工作进行改革的意义,进而分析了现行事业单位会计核算体系中存在的一系列问题,并提出了优化完善事业单位会计核算工作的主要措施,可以为相关人员开展事业单位会计核算工作提供一定的参考。
