目的探讨莫西沙星所致不良反应的特点。方法采用文献计量学方法,对2003年1月至2008年1月国内公开报道的80例莫西沙星所致不良反应进行分析。结果不良反应临床主要表现为肝胆系统、神经系统、变态反应等症状,且老年患者更易发生。结论临床应重视莫西沙星不良反应的危害性。 Objective To explore the characteristics of adverse reactions caused by moxifloxacin. Methods By means of bibliometrics, 80 adverse reactions caused by moxifloxacin, which were publicly reported in China from January 2003 to January 2008, were analyzed. Results The main clinical manifestations of adverse reactions were liver and gallbladder system, nervous system, allergy and other symptoms, and elderly patients are more likely to occur. Conclusion Clinical should pay attention to the harm of the adverse reaction of moxifloxacin.
