1983年10月中旬到11月中旬,湖北省公安县供销社对所属企业干部职工欠公款的情况进行了调查。全县共有584名干部职工欠公款,欠款总额达134,260元,一年要由国家支付利息一万多元。有的是利用公款由家属经商;有的伙同他人放高利贷;有的添置高级家具和购买高档商品;有的营造私房;还有极个别人竟然携带巨额公款几次出逃而一直没有引起企业领导的警觉。如此种种,情况严重。我们认为这种借用公款搞歪门邪道的不正之风必须立即煞住。为此,县社发出了清收欠款通知,要求做到: 1、企业领导机关对干部职工
