心肌细胞结构和功能的完整有赖于由微丝,微管和中间丝组成的分布广泛的细胞骨架蛋白,结蛋白是心肌中主要的中间丝蛋白,对于维持心肌细胞结构和功能有重要的作用。结蛋白缺失破坏会导致心肌收缩力降低,导致各种心脏疾病的发生。本文就心脏疾病中结蛋白的变化及其对心功能的影响做一综述。
The integrity of cardiomyocyte structure and function depends on the widely distributed cytoskeletal proteins composed of microfilaments, microtubules and intermediate filaments. Desmin, a major intermediate filament protein in myocardium, plays an important role in the maintenance of myocardial cell structure and function. Loss of desmin can lead to reduced myocardial contractility, resulting in a variety of heart disease. This article reviews the changes in dendritic protein in heart disease and its impact on cardiac function.
