目的:为了提高鼻咽低分化鳞癌治疗5年生存率及生活质量。方法:应用真彩色图像分析,对32例鼻咽低分化鳞癌进行DNA分析,其中1年内复发20例,5年内未复发12例。结果:两组肿瘤细胞DNA指数和DNA倍体分布,经统计学处理,具有显著差异。结论:DNA指数及DNA倍体越大,肿瘤恶性程度越高,越容易复发和转移,故应根据肿瘤细胞不同异倍体,采取不同治疗方案,才能达到较好的治疗效果
Objective: To improve the 5-year survival rate and quality of life of nasopharyngeal poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: Real-color image analysis was used to analyze 32 cases of poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma of the nasopharynx. Among them, 20 cases recurred in one year and 12 cases did not recurrent in 5 years. Results: DNA index and DNA ploid distribution of tumor cells in two groups were significantly different after statistical analysis. Conclusion: The larger DNA index and DNA ploidy, the higher the degree of tumor malignancy, the more likely to relapse and metastasis, so should be based on aneuploid tumor cells with different treatment options in order to achieve better therapeutic effect
