强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis,AS)新骨形成可直接导致脊柱放射学进展,并可改变脊柱的功能状态,从而严重影响患者的生活质量。Wnt通路和BMP通路是AS新骨形成的主要信号通路,多种免疫分子通过调节其中的关键分子DKK1和BMP而影响新骨的形成。炎症和脂肪沉积也在AS骨赘形成中发挥重要作用。本文综述近几年国内外对AS新骨形成机制、影响因素和放射学进展方面的研究现状。
Ankylosing spondylitis (AS) new bone formation can directly lead to spinal radiological progress, and can change the functional status of the spine, thus seriously affecting the quality of life of patients. Wnt pathway and BMP pathway are the main signaling pathways of new bone formation in AS. Many immune molecules affect the formation of new bone by regulating the key molecules DKK1 and BMP. Inflammation and fat deposition also play an important role in the formation of AS osteophytes. This review summarizes the research status of AS new bone formation, influencing factors and radiological progress in recent years.
